You Libing, Professor

Profile:

Dr. You Libing is a professor. He graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009 and joined the Hefei Institute of Materials Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the same year as an assistant researcher, associate researcher and researcher. He was the director of the Research Department of Laser Technology and Optoelectronic Functional Materials, and the supervisor of doctoral students at the University of Science and Technology of China. He joined Shenzhen Technology University in January 2020. He has long been engaged in research on excimer laser technology and applications, research on light and matter interaction, and research and development of laser detection instruments and processing equipment. He successively has been in charge of and participated in national science and technology major special projects, national major research instrument development projects, projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, development projects of instruments of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and key research and development programs of Anhui Province. He has conducted research on lithography light source technology, high-power excimer laser technology, deep ultraviolet ultrafast laser technology, ultraviolet laser-induced spectroscopy detection technology, flat panel display laser annealing equipment, flexible display laser stripping equipment, and laser exfoliation plasma mass spectrometry/spectroscopy analysis instruments. He has published nearly 40 scientific papers, applied for 16 national invention patents and received 8 approvals. He has won the Anhui Province First Prize for Technical Invention. He is currently a senior member of the Optical Society of China, a member of the Special Power Supply Committee of the Power Supply Society of China, and a member of the Image Information Committee of the Photoreceptor Society of China.
