Stephan Wang, Assistant Professor

 

Profile: 

Stephan Wang (Handschuh-Wang) is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of New Materials and New Energies. He graduated from University of Siegen (Germany) in 2016 with a Ph. D. degree in natural sciences (Chemistry). He conducted post-doctoral research at Shenzhen University (China) from 2017 to 2019 and continued as associate researcher between 2019 and 2022. He joined Shenzhen Technology University as an Assistant Professor in 2023. He has published more than 77 papers (H-index 30, as of September 2023) and is currently a guest editor for the Journal Materials. His research interests include: liquid metals and their application, surface chemistry and physics, colloidal chemistry, and diamond coatings.
