Markus Prandini Guest Professor
Experience and achievements:
Prof. Markus Prandini earned his PhD in Educational and International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland (AACSB/EQUIS). Currently, he is a professor for International Business,the head of Competence Centerfor Asia Business, deputy director of International Management Institute, Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland.
In 2006, he was invited to develop the school’s bachelor’s degree program in International Management. After running it to great acclaim for five years, he was appointed head of the Center for International Business in 2010. From January 2013 on, he is the managing director of the Competence Centerfor Asia Business. His lecturing, research and consulting activities focus on internationalization, innovation and entrepreneurship, corporate responsibility as well as intercultural training of small and mid-sized companies with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. In 2010,hewon the Credit Suisse Award for Best Teaching at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
