In order to motivate the students to be proactive and to commend outstanding graduates with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique, and in light of the actual situation of our school, the following rules for the selection of outstanding graduates are specially formulated:

1. Selection object

2022 full-time undergraduate graduates officially registered by the School of New Materials and New Energy

2. Selection conditions

(1) Support the party's line, principles and policies; abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, and abide by the rules and regulations of the school; love the school, care about the collective, unite with students, and actively participate in the collective activities organized by the school; have a decent style, be civilized, and have Good behavior and moral character; actively participate in social practice and various public welfare activities;

(2) Study diligently and diligently during school, with excellent grades, the grade point average (GPA) of the course is within the top 20% of the major (no failing subjects or any precedent for disciplinary violations), and the graduation thesis grade is above B+ (including B+) ;

(3) Having obtained honors at the school level or above during the school period;

(4) Actively participate in and complete various activities such as youth study;

(5) Have met the graduation requirements and meet the conditions for conferring a bachelor's degree.

3. Members of the College Review Panel

Judging panel members: Han Peigang, Zhao Zhigang, Qiu Mingxia, Ma Lei, Shi Yue, Zhao Shenao, student representatives (the college student union and class student leaders will be given priority)

4. Selection method

(1) On the basis of the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the student himself submits the application, and the college evaluation team will make a preliminary evaluation to determine the recommended candidates for outstanding graduates on the basis of careful research and full solicitation of opinions, which will be announced on the official website of the college and reported to the school for approval.

(2) The recommended quota for outstanding graduates shall not exceed 5% of the total number of fresh graduates of the college.

5. Work Arrangement

Students fill in Attachment 1 "Application Form for Outstanding Graduates of New Materials and New Energy College", attach relevant award-winning certification materials, and submit it to Teacher Shi Yue in Room 708 of the College before 17:30 pm on May 20, 2021 (Friday). be accepted.

6. Selection description

(1) Falsification is strictly prohibited. Once verified, the selection qualification will be cancelled.

(2) The School of New Materials and New Energy has the right to interpret matters not covered in these detailed rules.
