Niu Shuzhang, Assistant Professor

 

Profile:  

Niu Shuzhang, Doctor of Engineering, Assistant Professor, Shenzhen High-level Professional Talent (Back-up Level). He graduated from Tsinghua University with a doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering in July 2016. From September 2016 to October 2018, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Tsinghua - Berkeley Shenzhen Institute. From November 2018 to February 2022, he worked at the Institute of Frontier and Cross-Science, Southern University of Science and Technology, as a research assistant professor. In March 2022, he joined the School of New Materials and New Energy, Shenzhen Technology University as an assistant professor. He has published 27 SCI-cited papers in international prestigious journals, including 11 papers as first author or corresponding author. He has applied for 12 national invention patents, of which 9 have been granted. He has been in charge of a number of research projects, including the General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Youth Fund, General Program of Guangdong Province, General Program of Shenzhen Municipality, and General Program of Postdoctoral Fund.
