As the graduation season approaches, the School’s school-enterprise cooperation working group, in collaboration with the student affairs working group, has actively promoted graduate employment work and built a bridge for school-enterprise docking. In response to the initiative, Refond Optoelectronics provided 15 high-quality posts for our graduates, including 2 finance management trainees and 13 sales engineers, which precisely match students' employment demands.
On the afternoon of April 14, the school-enterprise cooperation working group invited three representatives led by the human resources manager of Refond Optoelectronics to the campus for a special recruitment presentation and on-site interviews. The student affairs working group coordinated and organized the whole event to ensure its smooth progress. At the presentation, the corporate HR manager elaborated on the company’s development history, corporate culture, salary and benefits, as well as career development paths, and patiently answered graduates’ questions concerning job requirements and promotion prospects. Meanwhile, the enterprise provided one-on-one job matching services for participating students and conducted on-site interviews and assessments, greatly improving the efficiency of employment docking, with the full assistance of the student affairs working group throughout the process.
This event has broadened employment channels for graduates and deepened the friendship of school-enterprise cooperation. Going forward, the School’s school-enterprise cooperation working group will continue to carry out enterprise visits and job expansion activities, strengthen in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, pool efforts to support graduate employment, and drive the high-quality development of the School’s employment work.
