Han Peigang, Doctor of Engineering, Doctoral Supervisor, Chair Professor, Director of the Academic Committee of the University. He is a distinguished talent of "Pengcheng Peacock Plan Category A", Vice President of Shenzhen European and American Students' Association, Chairman of Shenzhen Solar Energy Society, and received the 2015 China Overseas Chinese Science and Technology (Innovation Talent) Contribution Award.

Han Peigang graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a doctorate in engineering. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the research and development of new materials and new energy industries. He has provided technical services and engineering design for more than 200 companies. He has worked as an engineer and a senior researcher in the new materials research department of the Guangzhou Nonferrous Metals Research Institute of the China National Metals Industry Corp. and in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the City University of Hong Kong. After 2008, he was mainly engaged in developing the application of material surface technology and developing and constructing the application technology of solar thermal and photovoltaic in the company. Since 2012, he has been the chairman and chief scientist of Inner Mongolia Shenghe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. He has published more than 40 academic papers at home and abroad, and is the owner of 7 Chinese patent technologies. He has been in charge of science and technology projects such as the National Innovation Fund projects, provincial and municipal science and technology projects, and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong "Innovation Circle" science and technology projects. The project he led on using medium and high temperature trough solar thermal technology was included in the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Major Special Project and the National Major Supporting Project.
