经历与成果:

贺德衍教授1982年7月兰州大学物理系半导体物理专业毕业,获理学学士学位;1985年7月获兰州大学物理系固体物理专业非晶态半导体研究方向理学硕士学位;1995年3月毕业于日本东京工业大学电子化学专业,获工学博士学位。1995年4月至1996年3月在日本东京工业大学大学院从事博士后研究工作。1997年9月至1998年7月在加拿大Manitoba大学物理系做高级访问学者。1996年5月晋升为教授,1998年11月被遴选为博士生指导教师。2011年12月被聘任到正高级二级岗位,2019年12月入选兰州大学“萃英学者”二级岗。长期从事物理学相关专业的教育教学和电子薄膜材料、半导体新能源材料及其器件的研究与开发。截至目前(2021年9月),共指导(已毕业)博士研究生46名,硕士研究生50名。

贺德衍教授主持完成了国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目(完成6项)和对外交流与合作项目(2项)、教育部博士点基金项目(博导类课题1项,优先发展领域类课题1项)等。获甘肃省教学成果一等奖1次、二等奖2次;获甘肃省科技进步一等奖1次,二等奖2次,三等奖1次,获国家教委科技进步三等奖1次。共发表SCI论文300余篇,被SCI论文引用7250余次(h=45,Web of Knowledge所有数据库)。翻译出版《半导体材料物理基础》教材1部。

Experience and achievements:

Dr. He graduated from the Department of Physics of Lanzhou University in July 1982 with a bachelor's degree in semiconductor physics. In July 1985, he obtained a Master of Science degree in amorphous semiconductor research from the Department of Physics, Lanzhou University. In March 1995, he graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, with a doctorate degree in electronic chemistry. From April 1995 to March 1996, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the Graduate School of Tokyo Institute of Technology. From September 1997 to July 1998, he was a senior visiting scholar at the Department of Physics, Manitoba University, Canada. He was promoted to professor in May 1996 and was selected as a doctoral supervisor in November 1998. In December 2011, he was hired to the second-level position of senior level, and in December 2019, he was selected as the second-level post of "Cuiying Scholar" of Lanzhou University. He has long been engaged in the education and teaching of physics related majors and the research and development of electronic thin film materials, semiconductor new energy materials and their devices. Up to now (September 2021), a total of 46 doctoral students and 50 master students have been supervised.

Dr. He has presided over and completed the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China General Project (6 projects completed), foreign exchange and cooperation projects (2 projects), and the Doctoral Program Fund Project of the Ministry of Education (1 doctoral supervision project, 1 priority development field project), etc. Won the first prize of Gansu Province Teaching Achievement Award 1 time and the second prize 2 times; He has won the first prize of Gansu Province Science and Technology Progress Award once, the second prize twice and the third prize once, and the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the State Education Commission once. He has published more than 300 SCI papers and been cited more than 7250 times by SCI papers (h=45, all databases of Web of Knowledge). Translated and published 1 textbook "Fundamentals of Semiconductor Materials Physics".
