唐泽国 副教授




个人介绍:

唐泽国,博士,新能源科学与工程系系主任,副教授,润园青年PI。深圳市海外高层次“孔雀计划”人才(C类)。2005 年在兰州大学获得物理学学士学位,2010年在兰州大学获得凝聚态物理学博士学位,2013年在日本埼玉大学获得工学博士学位。20134月至20162月历任日本立命馆大学博士后研究员、助理教授,20163月至20183月任日本东京大学特任助理教授。20184月至20203月任汉能薄膜发电集团成都研发中心钙钛矿技术总监,主持钙钛矿电池项目研发工作。20204月加入深圳技术大学新材料与新能源学院。已发表科研论文 70余篇,已授权国际发明专利1项,中国专利8项。主持及参与日本学术振兴会(JSPS)和新能源产业技术综合开发机构(NEDO)基金项目多项。主持及参与科技部国家重点研发计划、深圳市科创委基金等多项。获得日本文部科学省国费奖学金1次,EUPVSEC2015年最佳海报奖1次,AP-HOPV2018Weily Prize 1次,汉能薄膜发电集团2018年科技创新铜奖。主要从事硅异质结电池、化合物薄膜电池和钙钛矿太阳电池的研究,研究成果被日经技术(Nikkei Techonology)、日本工业新闻(Japan Industry News)、中华人民共和国科技部等媒体和机构报道。
